Problem
Commercial ride-hailing is too expensive for daily student commutes, and getting into a car with a stranger feels unsafe, especially for solo female students. No existing app understood the university transport context.
Solution
Verification-first onboarding uses student ID to build trust before the first ride. The matching model anchors on departure time, because that's how students think. Split fares are agreed upfront and settled in-app.
